What You’ll Do
Own customer parts interactions (phone, email, and in-person) with urgency and professionalism
Drive revenue through proactive selling, not just order-taking
Diagnose customer needs and recommend the right parts and solutions
Build and follow up on quotes with the goal of closing and converting
Partner with Service, Sales, and Rental teams to keep jobs moving
Manage orders, availability, and timelines with precision
Create repeat customers through trust, consistency, and expertise
