All branch locations have an extensive rental fleet to fulfill the need of our customers. All the equipment in the rental fleet is low hour and well maintained. Products available range from dewatering pumps to asphalt paving and compaction products. The rental department employs factory trained jobsite sales people to assist our customers in getting the right machine on the job.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR CUSTOMERS

To provide equipment that is new or near new, dependable and well-maintained.

Air Heaters
Miscellaneous

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RENTAL POLICIES

Rates quoted are for 8-hour DAY, 40-hour WEEK and 160-hour MONTH.
Hours in excess of these will be charged as follows:

Double shift	1 1/2 times the single shift rate
Triple shift	2 times the single rate

All units subject to availability.
Rates do not include sales tax, SMM tax, insurance coverage, or EPA charges.
The fuel charge-back rate will vary according to our fuel costs.

RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING

Damage to the rented machine
Tire damage or excessive tire/tread wear
Replacement of teeth or cutting edges as needed
Changing filters and fluids at required intervals
Lubrication of required areas or components
Check and maintain fluid/oil levels
Providing proof of insurance prior to rental
Returning machinery in good condition and reasonably clean (minimum charge of $100.00 will be assessed if the machine is returned dirty.)

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Faris Machinery Company requires our customers to have the appropriate insurance coverage on file for the purpose of rental, lease, loan or demonstration of equipment. The following requirements are listed below:

Public Liability Insurance	$500,000
Physical Property Damage	$50,000 or the replacement cost of the machine being rented or demonstrated. If you do not currently have "Physical Property Damage" coverage and elect not to provide the coverage, Faris Machinery can provide a Loss Damage Waiver through EPG Insurance. The cost of this insurance is 15% of the billed rental amount.

Must also have certificate of insurance to name Faris Machinery Company as loss payee and additional insured on all rental equipment that leaves our yard.
